Breathe relax, let go and just be, don’t worry about a thing just be. Just let the music play, pick a movie that will leave your heart in a different place! One way to relax at the end of the day for me is with a really good sermon, that just undoes my heart. I’m listening to the Passion Conference on YouTube it’s a good one! Don’t stress up your Christian Faith, enjoy it…
